Do we really need a scroll box? Unlike the GN'R page, this list is the bulk of the entry so there is no need to conserve space. I would rather scroll through the list itself than scroll through a scroll box containing the list on the page.

I tend to dislike pages that are really long because you lose the headers on pages that are used for navigation, but that is just my preference, if you would rather have it without scrolls it is no prob at all. 	* I changed it up a bit from a list to tables so that it is sortable.
