Taco Bell (the restaurant) is named after the very popular graduation song "Taco Bell's Canon in D", writen by Taco Bell himself. Mr. Bell composed throughout his lifetime, but nothing will be more famous than his Canon. Taco is currently retired and lives in Long Beach, California.
The Restaurant
Taco Bell (the restaurant) is the brainchild of Tom Colicchio. Tom is what we call a connoiseur of good food, and he created what is possibly the best gastro-pub of all time. People line up for hours just to get a reservation at this 5-star restaurant.
