Contra is a game where you play a random shirtless dude named Mad Dog trying to stop an alien invasion who call themselves Red Falcon.
This game was released to the UK under a different name as well as different enemies called Probotector.
Weapons
- Rapid Fire = makes your bullets travel faster
- Barrier = temporarily makes you invincible
- Spread = fires bullets in 5 directions. Considered the best weapon.
- Laser = a concentrated straight shot of power to enemies
- Flame = shoot fireballs in a rotating circle
