Syd Lexia has created an official IRC chat room dedicated to Sydlexia.com.

Type /nick ScreenName and press Enter
Type /nickserv register YourPassword YourEmailAddress and press Enter
Check your email account for an email. It can take up to an hour. Near the bottom of the email you will see a line of text that reads: /msg NickServ@services.dal.net AUTH YourNickName 0000000000000
Copy that line and paste it into the IRC client and press Enter

Note: If you choose a nickname already taken on the server, you will get errors.
