Mega Man 2 was a game that was released for the NES. It had notable changes from the original Mega Man game and is arguably the best one in the series. These changes were the removal of points, an additional 2 boss robots, and a password system.
It was the fourth of only nine NES games to surpass Super Mario Bros., after Bubble Bobble and before Super Mario Bros. 3.
