Final Fantasy II is the second game in the series. Everyone tends to shun this game because it's always released alongside Final Fantasy I and it has a totally different level up system that doesn't use experience, instead you have to fight to build up individual stats like in Oblivion. This really makes it difficult to use Ultima since you have to build it up to level 16 for it to do anything. On the plus side, you can beat the shit out of the final boss if you have 2 Blood Swords.
