The Wii Shop Channel is a channel on the Nintendo Wii gaming system.
Usage
Virtual Console Games
Older games from some prior systems can be purchased online through the Wii Shop Channel's Wii Virtual Console.
System Upgrades
Wii updates have always been free, however upgrades have been a mixed bag. The Internet Channel used to be free, but now must be purchased.
Annoying People
Syd sent everybody on his Wii friend's list a copy of Donkey Kong Jr. Math for Christmas. Not to be outdone, Greeneyedzeke sent him a copy of Power Golf. Needless to say, Syd won't be pulling something like that again.
