Cam-win's most powerful pokemon on Pokemon Pearl. It's level is 93, and it knows Flamethrower, Psybeam, Ice Beam, and Surf. It's only drawback is that it can't really use Surf during partner battles without killing it's partner.
Oh, and also, it looks like a red octopus. Most of its attacks are based on attacks ending with the words "beam" and "gun". Hence the oct(octopus) and tillery(artillery).
