The Goodnight Thread is an infamous thread on the SydLexia.com forums that was started by GPFontaine. GPF wished everyone a good night, and Dr. Jeebus followed suit. Then Syd flipped out and pointed out that everyone lives in different time zones and declared the thread to be idiotic. Then a small flame war broke out.

  • This is a great example of what NOT to post on the General board.
  • The Goodnight Thread was the 6193rd topic started on the SydLexia.com forums.
  • GPF reformed and went on to become a well-respected member of the boards.(citation needed)
