Rose

The best f'ing character in Street Fighter Alpha 3. If you dare go against her, jumping is basically pointless since she has an air reversal that will kick your ass. Her throws cause massive damage, and she can deflect projectiles (while sending them back at you). To be honest, I can't really think of anything bad to say about Rose, other than the fact that her hair is kind of annoying.
