A great sci-fi show about parallel dimensions. Eventually, in a ploy for ratings, the show veered from its interesting alternate history plotlines into horror movie ripoffs. This, combined with the death of the best character on the show, Professor Arturo, bled any remaining quality from the show. Unusually for the Fox Network, they kept the show running, until it got even more convoluted and bloated than the DC universe.
