This article details the SydLexia IRC Ban List for the SydLexia.com IRC channel.

More often than not, the reason for a ban is to prohibit certain names from being used in the channel rather than to block a user.

Unfortunately sometimes people act out and a ban must be issued.

This list can be accessed by an OP in the channel by using the following command /MODE #Sydlexia b

Ban	Reason for Ban
`Douche!@`	Used in conjunction with an exception to prevent any other Douches.
`Lexiabot!@`	Used in conjunction with an exception to prevent pretend bots.
`cunt!@`	Prevents a swear in users names.
`bitch!@`	Prevents a swear in users names.
`shit!@`	Prevents a swear in users names.
`fuck!@`	Prevents a swear in users names.
`candlejack!@`	Blocks a name that causes the bot to kick those who say it.
`stoopid!@`	Blocks a name that causes the bot to kick those who say it.

This list can be accessed by an OP in the channel by using the following command /MODE #Sydlexia e
