Rather that trying to pronounce what sounds like a longhand form of nitrohydrogen (N1H1), Lordsathien decided to pronounce the virus' designation as if it were in 1337 and thus the virus became known as the "hiney virus."

"Hamthrax" is another acceptable nickname.
